Work – We are registering candidates for the job of Surveyor/Quality Controller  only for wheat procurement 2022-23 in Madhya Pradesh. The selected candidates will outsourced to  Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. and M.P. State Cooperative Marketing Federation. Selected candidates will be placed in various districts of Madhya Pradesh only for the wheat procurement period (approx 2 months)

Qualification:- The candidates should Fulfill either of the following two qualification/eligibility criteria’s

• It will be mandatory for the applicant to be a graduate in B.Sc.(AG)/B.Sc.Seed/B.Sc.Hort./B.SC.Bio /B.Tech Agriculture.

                                    OR

• If the applicant is a graduate in any faculty other than the above, then it is necessary to have the experience of surveyor in the cooperative society / warehouse in the past, in respect of which the experience certificate is certified by the society manager / warehouse manager will be required to be uploaded along with the registration.

Time period of work: – The time of procurement of  Rabi marketing year 2022-23 which will be decided by the government. (approx 2 months) 

Other conditions:- 

1. The applicant has to pay the registration fee amount of Rs. 1200/- will have to be deposited through the option available on the portal, the said amount will not be refundable under any circumstances.
2. After registration, the applicant will be selected on the basis of merit / eligibility of documents / interview, the decision of the employer will be final and will not be challenged in any forum.
3. The applicant will be selected for the Rabi marketing year 2022-23 (the time of purchase / procurement will be determined by the government) and will have to work at the place specified by the employer.
4. Scanned copy of original documents should be uploaded for fulfilling the eligibility criteria. original hard copy of same shall be produced prior to the interview to the employer for verification before the final selection. Photocopy of any document will not be valid.
5. Candidates who have been blacklisted by the employer/co-operative organization/ government department earlier Or candidates against whom the FIR has been lodged in any offence will not be selected and the application made by them will be canceled and their registration amount will not be refundable.
6. Selected candidates will have to work honestly at the allotted procurement center & upload the surveying parameters/report on the NIT surveyor app only after proper analysis of the wheat sample, Surveyor will have to accept/reject the wheat as per the quality parameters guidelines issued by GOI. If the surveyor at anytime is found quality of accepting NON FAQ wheat, the surveyor will be held responsibility and the company/employer will have the right to take any legal action against the surveyor and to reimburse the loss/damage from the surveyors.
7. On receipt of any complaint against the selected applicants, the employer will have the right to terminate the surveyor from the job without any notice.

Cancelation & Refund policy:-

The company is not bound for selection after the applicant has submitted the online registration and registration fee. Selection will be on the basis of the applicant’s eligibility/documents eligibility/interview. In case of non-selection due to any reason the registration fee will not be refundable.
